Replacement ID Card

Dear Enquirer, 1. There is a fee of €25 for replacing ID Cards. 2. You can obtain a replacement ID card by calling to the Information Point in Registry in both Glasnevin and St. Patricks campus. 3. If requesting a replacement ID Card by post, please contact Registry on 01-7005338 to provide your contact details and arrange payment. Alternatively, please send your contact details, student number and payment by Postal order, Bank draft or Cheque made out to Dublin City University, to Registry, Dublin City University, Glasnevin, Dublin 9.
 

I am a Distance Learning student and need to order a new ID Card

New Open Education students: Please following this link and upload a passport photo along with confirmation of your ID here.
Continuing Open Ed Students: If the expiry date on your ID card is not current, you should contact Registry on 01 700 5338 option 1 or use the registry’s online query form, which can be found at https://dcuregistry.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new, making sure to quote your name and ID number to request that they re-issue a new card. Replacement Cards: Open Ed students should follow registry’s procedure for lost or stolen cards.
