Common solutions to online registration issues for New Students are:
Username and password prompt doesn't appear. When logging in as a new student please ensure to use https: so the correct link reads https://www.dcu.ie/registration/
Username not recognised :Please note the username and password are case sensitive (lower case) compiled of the first 6 characters of your surname and your first intial (eg. Irene O'Reilly = oreillyi) A common error is students with names beginning with 'i' or 'l' entering the number '1'.

If you are on campus please call to the street.
A common error relates to a Fee block - If you were born outside the EU you would have received an email from fees regarding the Fee Assessment process. The evidence required is an email from the Fee Assessment Office with confirmation of fee re-assessment (in your pack).
Students should email email@example.com

If so and your are on campus, please call to help desk on 'The Street'
When you choose your modules and confirm your selection, is there an error displayed confirming you have not chosen enough credits. If so please review your module choices against the 'Registration Schedule'. If you have chosen the correct number of modules and the error is still displaying please contact the Registry with details of the error message.
